• Over 12 years’ marketing & commercial experience from a major FMCG to a start up organisation
• Graduate of Coaches Training Institute (CTI) leadership programme
• Evolutionary Coaching, Visionary Leadership and Transformative Trainer’s trainer with The Evolutionary Network.

I worked at the sharp end of business for 12 years before setting up my own Leadership company working transformatively with people to really help them step beyond any limitations and to soar in their lives and work. Genergy has this commercial edge whilst also being transformative, innovative, at the cutting edge of leadership and often not following ‘the rules’! In my time I have managed a £50m advertising budget for Sainsbury’s, created the marketing division for internet start up Confetti, and also been in fashion retailing and publishing. I like variety! In 2008, I discovered a new way of energetically working with people  which can really create transformation overnight. I loved the impact it has had on me and others and, since then, I’ve devoted myself to pioneering how we get magic out of people.

What I love
My driving force is helping people fundamentally transform themselves and others.  Instead of regarding professional life as distinct from the rest of life, I help key people fully integrate who they are with what they do. This connects people to their own unique energy, power and amazing potential. I specialise in helping leaders at all levels reach beyond thought and emotion to powerfully uplift whatever they are part of. I love seeing individuals rise to new levels of self-belief - surprising themselves with what they are capable of.  In case that all sounds too serious, I also believe in having a lot of fun when working with people too!

People I work with say my style is positive, inspirational and yet very challenging - I have been termed the "Silent Assassin"! I use my intuition to hone in on where the client needs to work in order to evolve and shine. I create the space for people to really understand themselves at a deeper level, to see and believe in who they can be and what they can achieve once they trust in the energy of their truest, fullest self.

I also love my amazing partner, being immersed in the outdoors and being by the sea, skiing and walking, Golden Labradors, living in a village where there is true connection and having a life where I can truly be myself and integrate who I am with making a real difference. Bring on the next chapter!
