Jonathan Cattell Director and Co-Founder "I run Genergy while our Partners develop our clients. My contrasting passions are languages and the powerful potential of the unspoken. Another passion of mine is turning impossible to possible. I love combining truth, opportunity, challenge and uncharted territory to make important new things happen with ease. My experience of leadership was gained briefly in the military then in international businesses. My career began with Officer Training with Britain's Royal Air Force, and I later stepped away from an interesting and rewarding corporate career in Switzerland to investigate the unspoken political espionage relationships and energies of MI6 and postwar Austrian history. I ask questions of direct honesty and I enjoy listening on different levels. I've also loved noting time and time again how it's often people's unspoken behaviours that ignite the biggest change. People are the unique, organic ingredients inside every organisation. What organisations do with these ingredients is an opportunity that good organisations recognise and seize upon. We at Genergy love blending these ingredients in a different, more effective way to create an instinctive way of operating that's more resonant, performant, true and easily sustainable. There's passion and a bit of magic about what we do with our clients, and for me, being part of this is an honour and a truly exciting privilege." |

A bit about me: Prior to Genergy, my roles were mostly multi-lingual and included the following:
I've witnessed teams and leadership ranging from fantastic to good to just 'ok'. The greatest successes I've witnessed in businesses have always been in those organisations that value engagement-led ownership, where people's energy makes a real difference to the organisation's performance. Here a little bit more about me:
I've always enjoyed massive challenge but I enjoy keeping things simple. A keen skier and runner, I am blessed to share this life with my incredible wife and daughter. I also love it when people describe what they do with Genergy as 'life-changing'. |
