Danielle Cantillon Transformation Partner “Each company has a unique power and magic that is just waiting to be unleashed. The fun of my job is to start by revealing those qualities that have the ability to catalyse or alchemise a business. Next comes the journey of connecting employees to those amazing sparks of potential just waiting to be leveraged. Then the best part is watching the dynamic change before your eyes, passion, excitement, courage, belief, determination start to flow and nothing is the same again.” |

A bit about me: 12 adventurous years of international experience in senior executive roles with PepsiCo, where I got to explore everything from Manufacturing Design, Global Operations, Strategy Development to Commercial Leadership, General Management and Franchise Development. A few of these roles included:
The work was exciting and I enjoyed being stretched beyond what I thought possible but what I loved the most was meeting so many people, navigating my way through so many cultures and finding at the core that we are all so amazingly connected. Here a bit more about my background:
Who do I work with? I suppose I work with those that are really ready to make big change happen. I am less about baby steps and more about the excitement of leaping forward. While I work with individuals from board level to middle management, I also lead large culture change projects that require board and executive team facilitation, design and delivery of transformational leadership programmes, review of systems and processes that might be holding the change back and of course targeted coaching as required. Clients: Some of the clients that I work with on an international basis include, L’Oreal, EADS, Renault, Tesco, Gap, Starbucks, Euro-copter, and Airbus. Clients that I work with in the UK are ICI, Audi, Bovis Lend Lease, La Farage, Portman Building Society, Skoda, Carphone Warehouse, Fifteen, Medtronics and Hilton My approach is challenging and exciting, can initially feel a little scary as we leap into the unknown but fundamentally it is life changing, energising and hugely empowering for the individual, the team, the business and I hope for the world in general.
